Job Title: HR Transformation Program Manager

Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Experience: 7+ Years
Rate: 75 to 85 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is looking for an HR Transformation Program Manager to lead high-visibility strategic initiatives focused on people programs and enterprise transformation. This role will drive cross-functional program execution, align stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives impacting HR and organizational operations. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, structured execution, and the ability to influence outcomes across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs aligned with enterprise people and organizational priorities
  • Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive progress across multiple workstreams
  • Establish clear milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor program execution against defined objectives
  • Deliver concise program updates, insights, and progress reports to senior leadership
  • Connect program initiatives with broader organizational priorities and parallel initiatives
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Lead change management efforts supporting program rollout, adoption, and process implementation
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum
  • Support strategic planning and portfolio coordination within the People Programs and Portfolio organization

Must-Have Skills
