What to ExpectAs Tech Lead for our Product team, you will architect and lead development of our GenAI-powered simulation and visualization platform. You'll make critical technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure we're building systems that scale.
What You'll Do- Lead technical architecture for simulation and visualization products
- Make build-vs-buy decisions and technology selection
- Mentor and grow a team of graphics and simulation engineers
- Drive ML solution architecture that bridges research and product
- Hands-on coding for critical systems and complex integrations
What You'll Bring- 7+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in technical leadership
- Deep product intuition-you understand what makes tools usable
- Experience with 3D graphics, game engines, or simulation systems
- Strong ML fundamentals; ability to integrate ML models into products
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts
Nice to Have- Experience at game studios, simulation companies, or graphics vendors
- Background in robotics visualization or digital twins
- Familiarity with MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, or physics engines
