Full Job Description
The HR Manager, Talent & Employee Relations is a hands-on HR leader responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent across Casepoint's workforce. This role partners closely with managers and employees while leading employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable moving between strategic partnership and hands-on execution.

This position is eligible for remote work; however, the successful candidate must reside within commuting distance of the Tysons, VA area and be available to attend occasional in-person meetings, team events, and collaborative working sessions as business needs require.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees on employee relations, performance concerns, policy interpretation, and workplace matters.
  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, corrective action, employee development, and effective people leadership.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions, escalating complex or sensitive matters as needed.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview processes, offers, and candidate experience.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen Casepoint's employer brand and recruiting presence.
  • Manage performance management and talent processes, including talent reviews, development planning, succession planning, and 9-box activities.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, stay/exit interviews, and related employee experience initiatives.
  • Use workforce and recruiting metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Develop tools, resources, and self-service solutions that improve manager effectiveness and reduce unnecessary administrative work.
  • Own continuous improvement across assigned HR programs by identifying and implementing opportunities to simplify, automate, or eliminate inefficient processes through AI, automation, and technology.
  • Establish measurable goals and demonstrate improvements in HR effectiveness, efficiency, and employee or manager experience.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, HR partnership, and talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting and hiring manager partnership experience.
  • Experience with performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong judgment, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive solutions through completion.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to use AI, automation, and technology to improve how work gets done.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, or professional-services environment.
  • Experience supporting a remote or geographically dispersed workforce.
