Human Resources Business Partner
Onsite 6 EglintonAve East, Toronto, Ontario
As anonsiteHuman Resources Business Partner, you willprovide day-to-
dayHRguidanceand supporttoleadersand operations teams.You will partnerwith leaders onemployee-related matters,support HRprograms and initiatives thatenhancethe employeeexperienceandhelp maintaina safe and healthy work environment.Youwillalso work closelywiththebroaderHRteam, including Talent Acquisition,Employee Relations, HRSpecialists,
Training,andtheHRHelpdesk,toansweremployee questions, support timely issue resolution,andprovideclear,consistent guidance.
This onsite role operateswithin a matrix reporting structure,supporting Operationsin
partnership with the HR Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a visible onsite HR partner and build trusted relationships with employees,
- leaders andcorporate supportteams.
- Serve as a trusted advisorto employees and management, providing timely
- guidance to resolve workplace concerns /grievances and foster a fair, supportive,
- and compliant workplace culture.
- Work closely with local stakeholders, employees, managers, partner organization
- and others in the business unit to fully understand local needs (of the client, line
- of business,local requirements)andcreate targeted and specific people
- supportplans.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Specialists,
- Trainingand the HR Helpdeskteamto resolve employee matters appropriately
- and efficiently.
- Support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that strengthen employee
- engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.
- Partner with leaders during organizational changes, new program launches,
- ramp-ups, reductions, schedule changes, and other business transitions.
- Serve asanonsite Health and Safety representative, supporting workplace
- safety practices, incident follow-up, and related employee guidance.
- Provide real-time HR support for urgent site matters, escalating issues as
- appropriate and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and site-level initiatives that
- improve HR service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Universitydegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
- field.CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
- At leastseven(7+) years of progressive HR experience within a fast paced
- working environment.
- Proven experience in an HR role that partnered with the business and
- demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of provincial employment law and regulatory bodies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Employee RelationsandLabourRelations experience
- Fluent in English.Bilingual French/English an asset
- Solid knowledge ofGoogle Workspacetools(Sheets ,Slides ,docsetc.)
- Experiencewith Workdayispreferred
- Must produce documentation verifying eligibility to work in Canada
- Must be able to work 100% onsite at our Toronto office
