We're looking for a Head of Partnerships to help lead CanadaVisa's next stage of growth. You'll build on our audience, established relationships and technology to grow our partnerships business, bring partner services into our AI products, and develop new channels for our legal services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll shape the strategy and build the team to deliver it.
What you'll leadYou'll lead and scale the partnerships function, with responsibility for its commercial results, partner relationships and team:
- Grow partnership revenue. Identify opportunities within existing relationships and new partnerships, understand the economics for both sides, and turn those opportunities into results.
- Bring partner services into our products. Connect partner objectives with real user needs, coordinate delivery, and work with Growth to drive adoption, engagement and measurable customer acquisition and retention.
- Build distribution for legal services. Develop mutually beneficial partnerships that bring new clients to our legal services business.
- Build and lead an excellent team. Determine the capabilities we need, recruit strong people and give each person clear ownership and measurable goals. Understand where you can contribute most directly and hire people whose strengths complement yours.
- Deliver on our commitments. Ensure we meet contractual standards and create lasting value for partners. Establish clear measures of partner health, build relationships across partner organizations, and address concerns early.
You'll work directly with the CEO on strategy, commercial priorities and team growth, and closely with product and engineering, Growth, Brand and our legal services colleagues. You'll bring commercial judgment and partner requirements into product decisions and coordinate the work needed to deliver agreed outcomes.
