What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Head of Global Events and Field Marketing to build and scale a portfolio of events that maximize our reach with key AI Cloud buyers and end user audiences across verticals and segments to drive engagement and pipeline. You will drive strategy, define operating rhythms, and build a team that executes high-impact programs. This is a new role and function in the company and ideal for visionary leaders who are hands-on builders. This is a marketing leadership role reporting to the CMO.
What You'll Do
  • Own the marketing events strategy aligned to our business goals, go-to-market strategy, and integrated campaigns. Identify the portfolio of conferences, 1P events, and field tactics that reach AI buyers and end users most effectively, define strategy and creative end to end execution plans.
  • Lead collaboration with Field leadership to identify and prioritize the markets, accounts, and formats that will have the greatest impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing leaders to align events to key themes and moments for integrated multi-channel execution and to increase impact of key company initiatives.
  • Build and scale ABM motions with Field and Growth Marketing to priority accounts, segments, and audiences across the sales cycle from pipeline creation, deal acceleration, to expansion.
  • Build scalable processes, templates and playbooks. Create and maintain standardized documentation that enables the entire team to operate consistently and efficiently.
  • Establish experimentation and AI-native automation as core operating principles and develop testing frameworks across different event types and activations.
  • Hire, coach, and scale a team of event and field marketers in fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.
What You'll Need
  • 12+ years experience and strong track record of building and scaling events and field marketing in high growth technology companies
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, technical buying committees, complex sales cycles, account segmentation, ABM, and sales-assisted conversion.
  • Sales-aligned operator with strong track record of partnering directly with executive sales leadership to shape GEO go-to-market plans and strategic alignment of resources to priorities.
  • A testing mindset and the operating discipline to turn learnings into repeatable programs, systems, and investment decisions.
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen with deep proficiency in attribution, pipeline modeling, and managing budgets and vendors.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence. Earns trust and builds credibility with strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership. Can hold a strong point of view and be comfortable making hard calls.
  • Hands-on leader who is comfortable building from scratch with experience operating at scale. You know what good looks like and can build from 0 to N.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as programs require.

In addition to base salary, our total rewards package for eligible roles includes a discretionary bonus, a meaningful equity component, and comprehensive benefits.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is:

$260,000-$270,000 USD
