In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.


Position Summary

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) serves as the primary commercial and customer advocate within the region, driving strategic customer engagement, service growth, and cross-functional execution across multiple product divisions. The FMM acts as the bridge between customer account teams, field operations, product marketing, division management, and global service organizations to ensure customer needs are understood, prioritized, and translated into business opportunities and operational improvements.

·  10+ years of experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, including customer-facing leadership roles in service, operations, business development, product marketing, or account management.

·  Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers, including executive-level engagements and contract negotiations.

·  Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple product divisions, regions, and service organizations.

·  Strong understanding of semiconductor fab operations, equipment lifecycle management, service delivery models, and availability-driven business strategies.

·  Experience developing and executing service growth strategies, including contract expansion, service adoption programs, analytics solutions, enhancements, and recurring revenue initiatives.

·  Proven ability to translate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into actionable business plans, product improvements, and service offerings.

·  Experience managing customer escalations and leading executive communications, business reviews, and strategic account planning activities.

·  Knowledge of service contract structures, pricing strategies, cost-of-service models, profitability

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years



Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $138,500.00 - $203,167.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
