Creative Cloud is Adobe's suite of creative tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, which are used by millions of creatives worldwide. AI is transforming how people create. There's an opportunity to simplify our plans and packaging so customers can easily find and understand the plan that's right for them.
We are seeking a strategic Group Product Marketing Manager to own how Creative Cloud is packaged, new AI products get monetized, and AI features launch across Creative Cloud products. You will lead a team responsible for this work and set the direction for how it comes together. This is a horizontal role: you'll work across Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to give Creative Cloud a single point of view on packaging, monetization, and launches. The right candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, energized by big cross-functional problems, and confident enough to build and defend a point of view.
What You'll Do- Develop the Creative Cloud offering strategy: Use customer and market insights to define how plans are structured and priced across the portfolio, balancing customer value with business goals.
- Define and oversee a testing roadmap: Build a roadmap for new packaging, pricing, and positioning concepts, and translate results into a go-to-market strategy.
- Drive GenAI adoption and monetization for creative professionals: Evolve Adobe's AI monetization approach for new AI-powered capabilities, including agentic. You will build product roadmaps, lead all aspects of customer-facing messaging, and track performance.
- Lead and develop your PMM team: Manage and grow a team of senior IC PMMs by fostering professional development, providing direction on execution, and removing roadblocks.
- Build cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to drive initiatives forward without direct authority over them.
What You'll Need to Succeed - 10+ years in product marketing or a related strategy role.
- 6+ years of experience in managing people.
- Experience with pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy for a subscription or software business.
- Experience bringing new or emerging technology products to market.
- A track record leading cross-functional initiatives that span multiple product lines.
- Excellent executive communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
- You are data-driven, with the ability to interpret data to inform and use it to improve performance.
- BS degree in Marketing, Business or a related degree is preferred OR 10+ years of Marketing experience or equivalent practical experience
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
