Full Job Description
Overview of the Role:

Adtech and agentic commerce are dense, fast, and technical by nature. The job is to make them intriguing and to do it with taste.

InMobi Group is redefining how brands advertise and how people discover and shop, across a portfolio spanning InMobi Advertising and Glance. This role is the editorial engine of our enterprise marketing organization. As the Lead, Enterprise Content & Social, you'll shape how the Group tells its story, turning intricate products into content people actually want to read. Your work spans three interconnected lanes: content and social, content operations, and measurement. You'll own editorial planning and organic social, build the systems that make great content easier to create and distribute, and track what's working so the team keeps getting sharper.

At its core, this is a writing and editorial role. It's a high-ownership individual contributor position with broad surface area, ideal for someone who is data-informed but taste-led, looking for scope that runs ahead of the title and room to grow inside a category-defining company.

You'll work with Product Marketing, Brand, Communications, Creative, Regional Marketing, Events, and Executive Leadership to run campaigns, support executive thought leadership, and translate the complexity of adtech and agentic commerce into clear, compelling stories. We value curiosity, ownership, collaboration, and a good sense of humor.

Location: This role is based in New York, New York, with periodic travel of roughly 15 to 25% for conferences, customer events, executive engagements, and team offsites, plus content support around major launches and live events across global time zones. This is a global team, so Eastern Time hours are common even when working from the West Coast.

The Impact You'll Make:

Content & Social
  • Own the integrated editorial calendar across the enterprise portfolio, connecting campaign themes to platform-native publishing
  • Run content from planning through publishing and reporting
  • Write, edit, and publish organic content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and Substack
  • Support executive thought leadership and always-on editorial programming
  • Engage in the conversation where it counts, especially in LinkedIn comments and industry threads
  • Partner with regional teams to localize and amplify global campaigns

Content Operations
  • Help build and run a scalable content engine that aligns North America with global priorities
  • Manage cross-functional content requests from intake through delivery
  • Improve the planning processes, documentation, and workflows the team relies on
  • Recommend new tools and AI-powered workflows that help the team scale

Measurement
  • Track and report on content performance across channels
  • Surface insights and recommend ways to strengthen what's working
  • Support testing across messaging, formats, and publishing cadence

What Success Looks Like
  • Editorial planning is organized and easy to navigate
  • Teams have clear visibility into priorities and timelines
  • Content moves efficiently from idea to publication
  • Performance improves through consistent testing and learning

The Experience We Need:
  • Around 4 years in content marketing, social, editorial, or integrated marketing
  • A strong writer with sharp editorial judgment and clear content taste
  • Data-informed but taste-led, using the dashboards while trusting your instincts
  • Able to make dense, technical subjects feel clear and worth reading
  • Balanced across creativity and organization, strategy and hands-on execution
  • Comfortable moving from content systems to a single well-timed post
  • A clear communicator who follows through and builds trust across teams
  • Curious and resourceful, happy testing new platforms and tools
  • Bonus: B2B, consumer tech, ad tech, martech, or AI experience, or ghostwriting for an exec

At InMobi, you'll be surrounded by people who...
