Position Overview

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a strategic and high-energy leader to serve as the Global Head of Consultant Relationships. This critical role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy with the investment and operational consultant community across North America and EMEA.

The successful candidate will ensure that the world's leading consultancy firms have a deep understanding of Clearwater's SaaS platform, product roadmap, and long-term vision. Your primary objective is to position Clearwater as a "top-of-mind" solution, ensuring our inclusion in high-value RFPs and securing consultant advocacy throughout the client evaluation process for insurance companies, asset managers, and asset owners.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and implement a global consultant engagement framework that identifies, prioritizes, and cultivates relationships with key influencers at global and regional consultancy firms.
Brand Advocacy & Education: Act as the primary technical and strategic ambassador to the consultant community. Conduct deep-dive sessions on Clearwater's capabilities, including investment accounting, data aggregation, and reporting.
RFP Pipeline Management: Systematically increase Clearwater's "win rate" by ensuring consultants are equipped with the latest collateral, case studies, and roadmap updates to confidently recommend Clearwater during client searches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Sales and Product teams to align consultant feedback with product development and to coordinate "boots on the ground" efforts for specific regional opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the evolving needs of asset managers, insurance providers, and asset owners to provide feedback to the executive team on how Clearwater can better solve for industry-wide pain points.
Event Leadership: Represent Clearwater at key industry conferences and host bespoke "Consultant Day" events to foster high-level networking and thought leadership.

Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Investment Management, with a proven track record in consultant relations or strategic partnerships.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle, specifically accounting, risk, and regulatory reporting for institutional investors.
Global Mindset: Experience managing relationships across both North American and European markets, with an understanding of regional regulatory nuances.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for C-suite influencers.
Network: An existing book of contacts within the global investment consulting community (e.g., Mercer, Callan, Albourne, NEPC, etc.) is highly preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to engage with global teams and partners.
