Responsibilities

Description de la fonction

Vous serez responsable de la mise en service de multiples nouveaux programmes moteurs stratégiques, en travaillant de manière autonome directement avec les manufacturiers, avec les services de l'ingénierie, du marketing, des opérations, ainsi qu'avec plusieurs équipes internationales pour offrir une expérience de classe mondiale à nos clients. Cela nécessitera une forte capacité à diriger par influence, à trouver des solutions et à susciter des consensus entre plusieurs parties prenantes, tout en mettant à l'avant plan l'expérience-client.

  • Agir en tant qu'interlocuteur technique entre l'OEM, l'ingénierie et le service client, en veillant à ce que les exigences du support après-vente soient intégrées au développement des nouveaux moteurs.
  • Piloter la définition et la mise en œuvre des exigences techniques liées au support après-vente dans les spécifications des exigences de conception produit (PDRS), et suivre leur conformité tout au long du cycle de développement du moteur.
  • Contribuer activement à l'élaboration des plans de maintenance des moteurs et des offres commerciales.
  • Développer des stratégies de maintenance et des hypothèses de coûts directs de maintenance (Direct Maintenance Costs - DMC) afin d'optimiser la fiabilité des moteurs, leurs performances en termes de durée d'utilisation sous aile (time-on-wing) et leur rentabilité opérationnelle selon différents profils de mission et environnements d'exploitation.
  • Évaluer les besoins en remplacement, réparation et échange de pièces, ainsi que les limites de réparation, afin de contribuer à l'optimisation des coûts sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie et à la rentabilité des activités après-vente.
  • Identifier et atténuer les risques techniques susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur la satisfaction client et les objectifs de l'activité après-vente, en favorisant des solutions d'ingénierie transverses et des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Contribuer aux demandes de propositions (Requests for Proposal - RFP) et aux demandes d'informations (Requests for Information - RFI) des constructeurs aéronautiques en fournissant des analyses des coûts de maintenance, des évaluations techniques et des recommandations concernant les exigences du support après-vente.
  • Contribuer aux stratégies de tarification des pièces de rechange, aux audits annuels des investissements et aux analyses des coûts de rétrofit.
  • Exploiter l'expérience acquise sur le terrain et les enseignements tirés du retour d'expérience afin d'influencer les modifications de conception et de garantir la maintenabilité et le support à long terme des produits, ainsi que la valeur apportée aux clients.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les experts métiers et les responsables de stratégie de l'ingénierie, du marketing, du développement commercial et du service client afin de définir, suivre, piloter et influencer les livrables des nouveaux programmes moteurs.
  • Maintenir une communication efficace avec les principaux modules EIS et les parties prenantes, ainsi qu'avec les équipes multidisciplinaires et internationales.

Job title : Senior Manager, Aftermarket Product Development & Lifecycle Maintenance Engineering

Function Description

As an Aftermarket Product Development & Lifecycle Maintenance Engineering in the Regional Customer Program team, you will be responsible of managing in-service product performance, relationship with customers / airframe OEM & aligning service team to meet our specific program strategies. Part of a team of experts, you will have the opportunity to influence business models and to lead an integrate product team (IPT) to define and influence the redesign of a part which could affect the safety, durability, reliability of a product and the cost of operation of a regional airline.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Act as technical liaison between OEM, Engineering and Customer Service, ensuring aftermarket requirements are integrated into the development of new engines.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of aftermarket technical requirements within Product Design Requirements Specifications (PDRS) and monitor compliance throughout the engine development lifecycle.
  • Contribute actively to the development of engine maintenance plans and commercial offers.
  • Develop maintenance strategies and direct maintenance cost (DMC) assumptions to optimize engine reliability, time-on-wing performance, and operating economics across various mission profiles and operating environments.
  • Evaluate part replacement, repair, exchange requirements, and repair limits to support lifecycle cost optimization and aftermarket profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting customer satisfaction and aftermarket business objectives, driving cross-functional engineering solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from aircraft OEMs by providing maintenance cost analyses, technical evaluations, and aftermarket requirements guidance.
  • Support spare parts pricing strategies, annual investment audits, retrofit cost analyses
  • Leverage field experience and lessons learned to influence design modifications and ensure long-term product supportability and customer value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, business development and customer service subject matter experts and strategy owners to define, monitor, track, and influence new engine programs deliverables
  • Maintains effective communications with key EIS modules / stakeholders, multidisciplinary and global team members.
