Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (Aerospace preferred)
• Minimum 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary aerospace engineering projects
• At least 3 years of supervisory/people management experience
• Knowledge of aerospace design tools and MRB processes
• Experience with multidisciplinary aircraft design and manufacturing methods
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Integration Specialists in designing Bombardier's product portfolio
• Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and platform leaders to align priorities
• Manage the Engineering Statement of Work (SOW) and departmental budget
• Participate in management meetings and organize departmental governance
• Communicate effectively to support management decisions
• Ensure systems are in place to organize tasks and risks
• Coach and develop employees through training programs
• Drive the deployment of Lessons Learned and Best Project Practices
• Support production and in-service resolution activities as required
