McKesson est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de projets, Finance pour soutenir des initiatives stratégiques et des programmes de transformation au sein de l’organisation. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Finance, TI, Opérations, Commercial, RH et d’autres partenaires clés afin d’assurer la livraison réussie des projets dans le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des objectifs d’affaires.

Vous jouerez un rôle central dans l’élaboration de dossiers d’affaires, le suivi des bénéfices financiers, la création de rapports destinés à la direction et l’implantation de nouveaux processus, systèmes et façons de travailler. Ce que vous ferez

Gestion des dossiers d’affaires et réalisation des bénéfices
  • Développer et maintenir des dossiers d’affaires, analyses coûts-bénéfices, propositions d’investissement et cadres de suivi des bénéfices.
  • Assurer le suivi des coûts de projet, des bénéfices attendus, des cibles de réalisation et du rendement sur investissement (ROI).
  • Surveiller les indicateurs de performance financiers et mesurer les résultats des programmes par rapport aux objectifs approuvés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes FP&A afin d’assurer l’alignement entre les bénéfices des projets et les plans financiers.
  • Soutenir les revues de réalisation des bénéfices avec les équipes de direction.
Rapports exécutifs et communications
  • Préparer des présentations exécutives, tableaux de bord, cartes de pointage et rapports d’avancement destinés à la haute direction.

  • Consolider les mises à jour de multiples initiatives en rapports stratégiques destinés à la direction.

  • Contribuer aux initiatives de modernisation, notamment les implantations de systèmes, l’optimisation des processus, l’automatisation et l’amélioration des capacités de reporting.
  • Identifier des opportunités visant à accroître l’efficacité, renforcer les contrôles et améliorer l’évolutivité des processus.
  • Participer à la conception des processus et modèles opérationnels de demain.
  • Soutenir l’adoption de solutions numériques, d’intelligence artificielle et d’automatisation au sein de la fonction Finance.
Gestion des parties prenantes
  • Développer de solides relations de partenariat avec les équipes Finance et les autres fonctions de l’entreprise.
  • Favoriser l’alignement entre les parties prenantes ayant des priorités ou perspectives différentes.

Exigences de base
  • Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires, économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en finance, FP&A, analyse financière, analyse d’affaires, gestion de projets ou transformation financière.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’initiatives et de projets complexes impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes.
  • Expérience dans l’élaboration de dossiers d’affaires, prévisions financières, analyses de rentabilité et rapports destinés à la haute direction.
  • Excellentes compétences en modélisation financière, prévisions et analyse de données.
  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Expérience en présentation de recommandations stratégiques à des leaders et cadres supérieurs.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Compétences et expérience privilégiées
  • MBA, CPA, PMP ou autre certification pertinente.
  • Expérience en transformation financière, transformation numérique ou amélioration des modèles opérationnels.

Basic Requirements

  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power Query, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting automation, AI, reporting modernization, or process optimization initiatives.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, logistics, or complex regulated environments.
