This General Manager III role will be responsible for supporting operations in a regulated warehouse/distribution environment. Experience working in a regulated environment is required and may come from any regulated industry, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and beverage, medical device or chemical...etc. A strong financial background is required for this role. The ideal candidate should have some experience managing site-level financial performance, including P&L responsibility, labor management, productivity, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial processes. A background in Quality would be a strong plus for this role.
Preferred / Required Experience:- Experience leading a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operation is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with site-level P&L responsibility is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment is required.
- Strong customer-facing experience is required.
- Quality Assurance background is preferred.
This position can be filled at the General Manager II or General Manager III level pending the experience level of the candidate.
General Manager II - DistributionThe General Manager II role has a national salary range of $105,000 - $135,000.

Job Description:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), automation and other technology to track inventory, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective services and supplies while managing the site in accordance with the commercial agreement.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead customer relationships by maintaining close daily contact to ensure strong connections and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the site's profit and loss (P&L), which is directly influenced by customer relationships.
- Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) to customer, leveraging strong team collaboration.
Required Education and Experience- 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience, required
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment, required
