Job Title: Salesforce Developer- vacant role
Our Enterprise Salesforce team is looking to add a passionate Consultant or Senior Consultant to take on the role of a Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
- Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
- Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions
What you'll bring:- 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and AppExchange solutions
- Extensive development experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface
- Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Javascript). Architect-level certifications a plus (e.g., Identity and Access Management Architect, Sharing and Visibility, others)
Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range for a Consultant is $100,000-$125,000.
In addition, there is potential for a 8% discretionary bonus for a Consultant and a 10% discretionary bonus for a Senior Consultant, based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
