OverviewWe are looking for a Front-End Developer to help design and build modern web applications used by employees, customers, and business partners. You'll play a key role in shaping front-end architecture, creating exceptional user experiences, and mentoring fellow developers while working on a variety of innovative projects.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesWhen your actions lead to success:- Design and develop modern web applications using React and Vue.js.
- Build reusable components and scalable front-end architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
- Write automated tests and promote development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, tools, and development standards.
QualificationsWhen your expertise drives us:- 6+ years of web application development experience
- Strong experience building modern web applications using React and/or Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive, component-based applications
- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Pinia, Vuex, or Context API
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to have:- Experience with .NET/C#
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Bilingual English/French
