Overview

Leads the community’s sales and marketing efforts by building relationships, guiding families through important decisions, and creating meaningful first impressions that reflect the Benedictine experience. Through strategic leadership, relationship-driven sales, and thoughtful marketing initiatives, the SC Float Sales & Marketing Director ensures the community continues to grow while delivering exceptional experiences for prospective residents and their families. Working closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team, this position is responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales leadership, local marketing initiatives, and strong partnerships with referral sources and community organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates strong leadership by modeling the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional resident and family experiences.
  • Leads a culture of sales across the community through the implementation and management of sales initiatives, conducting sales activities and ensuring a tactical sales approach is followed in achievement of established census goals.
  • Develops and executes a local marketing strategy to generate qualified leads.
  • Generates prospects and maintains positive, productive, and impactful relationships with potential customers, families, and referral sources.
  • Provides onboarding, coaching, and mentorship to community sales and marketing associates when assigned.
  • Maintains communication with sales and marketing regional leadership regarding community status.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 + years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in sales and marketing processes for long-term care organizations
  • Proven track record of achieving occupancy/sales or revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine’s requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 2/3 of work time via car or air carrier

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

  • 5+ years of strategic knowledge of the senior living and/or healthcare landscape, including referral networks
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
Salary Range$95,000 - $105,000 annually Benefits Statement
