The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Manager with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support enterprise planning and performance management initiatives.

This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

Your key responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models following best practices.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead model design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize planning processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning.
  • Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Work with Data Hubs, ALM, CloudWorks, integrations, and Anaplan UX.
  • Mentor consultants and contribute to solution architecture and governance.
  • Support sales opportunities


Skills and attributes for success
  • At least 6-9 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Understand EPM Processes and Governance Models.
  • Experience managing resources and budget
  • At least Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 3); Solution Architect Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Anaplan modeling, formulas, lists, modules, actions, security, selective access, and model optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with ALM, Data Hubs, CloudWorks, Anaplan UX, and integrations using APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar ETL tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management experience is essential. Project Management and/or Agile Certifications is an advantage.

Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
