This hands-on leadership role focuses on crew performance, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and operational excellence. The supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager to support daily field operations, maintain fleet and equipment readiness, and manage inventory and materials.

- Conduct field visits, job site inspections, and quality control reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop crew capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and work procedures.
- Oversee fleet, tools, equipment, and inventory to maintain operational readiness.
- Coordinate materials and resources needed to support field production.
- Address customer concerns and promote a positive customer experience.
- Assist with scheduling, workforce planning, productivity tracking, and operational reporting.
- Support employee certifications, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...- High School Diploma or Associate Degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in weatherization, residential construction, energy efficiency, or a related trade.
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of weatherization practices, building science, and field operations.
- Experience managing fleet, equipment, and inventory resources.
Certifications & Requirements- BPI Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory.
- Ability to work in residential field environments, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Target Compensation:$80,000.00/annual
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
