As Jellycat continues to expand its physical retail presence and elevate in-store execution, the
Key Account Field Sales Manager plays a critical role in representing the brand at the store level. This role is primarily field-based and focused on
in-store execution, relationship-building, training, merchandising, and sales support across Jellycat Shop-in-Shops and key wholesale accounts in
Los Angeles, CA.
The Key Account Field Sales Manager acts as a
brand ambassador and primary day-to-day point of contact in the field, ensuring Jellycat shows up at its absolute best in every store, every visit.
You'll be:In-Store Execution & Field Presence- Spending the majority of time in-store visiting accounts across assigned Los Angeles, CA markets or citadels.
- Supporting Nordstrom Jellycat Shop-in-Shops, and key wholesale partners with consistent, high-quality field coverage.
- Ensuring brand standards are upheld across visual merchandising, product presentation, and customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve execution, placement, and storytelling at the store level.
Sales Support & Selling- Actively supporting selling efforts while in-store, including engaging customers, supporting store associates, and driving product knowledge.
- Assisting accounts in identifying opportunities to maximize sell-through and optimize assortment.
- Supporting product launches, seasonal transitions, and key commercial moments in partnership with the HOFS and Key Account team.
Training & Education- Delivering on-site training for store teams on Jellycat product knowledge, brand storytelling, and best-selling practices.
- Serve as a resource for store associates, ensuring confidence in product features, hero SKUs, and newness.
- Reinforce Jellycat's brand values and tone through all training and in-store interactions.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards- Assisting with merchandising, fixture updates, and floor resets as needed.
- Ensuring Jellycat fixtures, signage, and product presentation align with brand guidelines.
- Providing feedback and observations to HOFS and Key Account Managers regarding store-level execution.
Account Support & Communication- Serving as the front-line brand representative and key point of contact for in-store teams.
- Communicating store feedback, needs, and opportunities back to the broader sales and operations teams.
- Supporting account needs related to merchandising, training, launches, and general brand support.
Collaboration & Reporting- Working closely with the HOFS and Key Account Managers to align on priorities, visit cadence, and goals.
- Documenting store visits, key wins, challenges, and follow-ups.
- Supporting broader field initiatives as the Jellycat field organization continues to scale.
You'll have:- A passion for brands, retail, and customer experience.
- Confidence representing a premium brand and building trust with store teams.
- Comfortability with hands-on training, merchandising, selling and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, observe and proactively identify opportunities and issues.
- 3-5 years of experience in field sales or wholesale management.
- Prestige and luxury brand experience.
- A strong understanding of specialty retail and department store environments.
- The ability to travel frequently within assigned markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a broader sales team.

Physical Requirements:- 80-90% travel is required throughout the assigned territory, including regional and overnight travel.
- Ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday, including during customer visits, events, and product demonstrations.
- Ability to regularly bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and climb stairs while conducting sales activities.
- Ability to carry, lift, and transport sales materials, product samples, displays, and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license, if driving is an essential function of the position.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoors and outdoors, and in a wide range of weather conditions.
