Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams of both customers and Radiall
  • Support electronics projects by recommending optimal Radiall products and solutions
  • Establish strong technical relationships with key customers
  • Assist in pre-sales discussions to define requirements and suggest solutions
  • Negotiate technical specifications and compliance documents
  • Prepare draft product specifications with Design Engineering
  • Demonstrate product functionalities and create technical presentations
  • Work with the Sales team to explore new business opportunities and enhance customer success
  • Partner with the Quality team to address product performance issues

Full Job Description
Your Mission

  • Collaborate with customers' engineering, procurement, and quality teams, as well as Radiall's internal Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing groups
  • Support electronics projects by recommending the most effective and profitable Radiall products and solutions - including RF solutions, antennas, multipin connectors, microwave switches, and more
  • Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist customers in pre-sales technical discussions to define requirements and recommend optimal solutions
  • Negotiate technical aspects such as specifications, compliance matrices, qualification plans, and data sheets
  • Prepare draft product specifications in coordination with Design Engineering
  • Demonstrate product functionalities and performance to customers and internal teams
  • Create and deliver technical presentations to highlight product features and benefits
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop new business opportunities and support customer success
  • Partner with the Quality team to help resolve product performance issues


The Profile

  • Comply with ITAR, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
  • A.S. or B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a 4-year college, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Applications engineering and/or experience with RF, ARINC, or 38999 interconnect components is a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, technically curious, and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (may vary based on customer and project needs)
  • Ability to work in-person at the Tempe, AZ office, with some hybrid flexibility after the training period
