Full Job Description
About the job:
  • Work with the team to plan and execute end-to-end production of experiential activations through pop-ups, stunts, installations, and live events - from initial brief through on-site execution and post-even wrap
  • Help to source, brief, and manage external production partners including fabricators, vendors, agencies, and onsite staff, holding them accountable to timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Build and maintain production timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents that keep complex activations on track across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Comms, and Product teams to ensure each activation integrates with broader campaign moments and earns coverage beyond the event itself
  • Track and report on activation performance - attendance, earned media, value, engagement, and budget accuracy, bringing clear learnings into the next brief

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or brand activations, either within an agency or in-house at a high-growth consumer company
  • Demonstrated ability to help work with chosen production agencies on end-to-end production of live brand experiences, including vendor management, permitting, logistics, and onsite execution
  • Strong budget management skills with a track record of delivering activations on time and within scope
  • Clear communicator who can manage multiple external partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously without losing momentum
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and onsite evening and weekend work during activations
  • Based in New York City or willing to relocate

You May Thrive in this Role if You:
  • Think about experiential with a growth mindset - you can articulate why an activation worked, what it drove, and how to make the next one sharper
  • Have great taste and a strong point of view on culture and can recognize a Grindr-worthy moment before it's obvious to everyone else
  • Are energized by the scrappy end of production - you've worked with agency partners to figure out permitting on a tight timeline, solved a vendor problem at midnight, and shipped something great anyway
  • Are AI-native or rapidly becoming so - you actively use AI tools in your workflow and are always looking for new ways to leverage them

Benefits and Perks:
  • Health, Dental & Vision Full premium coverage for you. Partial coverage for dependents.
  • Family Formation Up to $300,000 in fertility and family-building support, covering IVF, surrogacy, egg freezing, and adoption.
  • Retirement: 401(k) with 6% match and immediate vesting.
  • Compensation: Industry-competitive compensation, company bonus, and equity for every employee.
  • Gender-Affirming Care : Industry-leading gender-affirming offerings with up to 90% cost coverage, access to Included Health, monthly stipends for HRT, and more.
  • Time Off & Rest Flexible vacation policy. Two company-wide rest weeks per year.
  • Other Benefits: Monthly stipends for cell phone, internet, wellness, food, and commuting, breakfast/lunch
