What You'll Do
Follow up with company-provided leads and build relationships with homeowners.
Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify storm-related damage.
Explain roofing solutions and guide customers through the restoration process.
Work with homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the claims process.
Present estimates, secure signed agreements, and collect payments as needed.
Keep customers informed and provide an excellent experience from start to finish.
Track sales activity and follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Roofing sales or storm restoration experience is a strong plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to follow up with leads and move opportunities toward a close.
Self-motivation, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
Comfort using technology to manage leads and track sales activity.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and basic computer technology.
Ability to climb ladders and safely inspect roofs.
Ability to work outdoors and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability for at least 40 daytime hours per week, with flexibility to work most Saturdays.
