This position requires a dynamic individual who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to their teams. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your region
- Establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure contract compliance at each location.
- Be present for all CMS Inspections as well as Joint Commission.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executives
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital facilities.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple facilities and departments effectively.
- Above average computer skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
