Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for ERP, assisting users with issues and configurations.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL queries to support reporting and integrations.
• Create and build custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using ERP Script and APIs.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools tailored to business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve ERP challenges across key modules like Finance and Procurement.
• Contribute to system enhancements through upgrades, feature testing, and rollouts.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and ensure adherence to best practices.
