The Enterprise Architect will align business strategy with IT initiatives, establish enterprise architecture standards, and guide the design of scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and extensive experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Align technology initiatives with business goals and long-term strategic objectives.
- Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, governance, and best practices.
- Design target-state architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve business capabilities.
- Lead digital transformation, cloud modernization, and application modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, security, infrastructure, and operations.
- Review solution architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Define technology roadmaps, migration strategies, and modernization plans.
- Establish architecture governance processes and conduct architecture review boards.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
- Drive standardization, interoperability, and technology reuse across business units.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Software Architects, and Technical Leads.
- Manage enterprise technology risks and identify opportunities for innovation.
Required Skills - Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
- Deep understanding of business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API management.
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies (ESB, API Gateway, messaging systems).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics, and data governance.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, SaaS, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills - Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, and modern technology trends.
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Kafka.
- Understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale architecture initiatives.
