Enterprise Account Executive
Position Summary
Imagine walking into every meeting with something no one else in the room can offer. At El Toro, you'll sell patented IP targeting that reaches real households, not cookies or modeled audiences, and our matchback reporting shows clients the actual conversions their campaigns drove. When you're the only one who can put that kind of proof on the table, the conversations get more interesting and the deals get bigger. This is a ground-floor opportunity at the enterprise level. Our enterprise market is largely untapped, so you'll be the one introducing major brands to what we do, opening new verticals, and helping write the playbook for how El Toro grows, with the relationships you build directly shaping where we go next. If you're energized by a category-defining product and the freedom to build, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening Agency Relationships: Identifying, targeting, and winning new agency partners and positioning El Toro as a go-to targeting and measurement partner across their client rosters.
- Landing National Enterprise Brands: Prospecting into and closing large, national brands with significant media budgets, from first conversation through contract signature and first campaign launch.
- Executive-Level Selling: Building credibility with senior decision-makers (VPs, CMOs, agency leadership) and translating El Toro's IP Targeting, attribution, and MatchBack capabilities into clear business outcomes.
- Strategic Account Planning: Building account plans for high-priority agency and enterprise targets, mapping buying committees, and forecasting pipeline accurately against a larger-deal quota.
- RFPs & Deal Structuring: Leading responses to RFPs and vendor evaluations, and partnering with leadership on pricing, proposals, and contract terms for larger, more complex agreements.
- Market Presence: Representing El Toro at industry conferences, agency events, and in-person meetings to build a strong network across the agency and enterprise landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Ad Ops, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to craft tailored solutions for large advertisers and agency partners.
- Team Leadership: Serving as a resource for other Account Executives - sharing enterprise and agency selling best practices, joining deals as needed, and helping raise the bar across the team.
Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
