Job Description:KRC Director Job DescriptionAre you a naturally curious person who lives at the intersection of data and human behavior? What you will do:- Strong project management; ability to lead multiple projects at once often with different scopes, methodologies and objectives.

- Be knowledgeable about client spaces and specific industries that KRC serves, including familiarity with market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Ensure the highest standards for quality of work product.
- Provide strategic guidance of report development and identifying key insights - relevant to research questions and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Able to make research design recommendations; write and revise research proposals with some or minimal oversight.
- Find solutions to workflow needs; monitor progress of project timelines and teams; resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure that projects remain within scope parameters.
- Lead communications with internal and external clients.
Qualitative & Quantitative Skills:- 7+ years of experience in primary qualitative and quantitative market research, with a proven track record of directing high-performing teams and delivering impactful insights.
- Ability to moderate focus groups, conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs), and run non-traditional qualitative approaches (ethnography, bulletin boards, etc.).
- Deep expertise across a wide range of survey methods, including both survey design best practices and approaches and advanced analysis techniques (MaxDiff, driver analysis, conjoint, segmentation, etc.).
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data, using tools like SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data and read between the lines-connecting the dots between data points and "bigger picture"-rather than simply "reporting the numbers."
- Ability to write clear, concise, accurate, and actionable memos and briefs that translate insights for client decision makers, communicators, and other non-research audiences.
- Brings critical thought to the analysis stage of reporting so KRC always delivers highly relevant insights and breakthrough ideas - through visually striking reports.
- Exceptional presentation skills; captivating storyteller that can make complex data accessible, engaging, and memorable.
If you're ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
