Role PurposeSupports engineering, maintenance, and process operations by coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance, documentation, contractors, safety activities, facility services, and production support.
What You'll Do- Schedule and track preventive maintenance and work orders
- Maintain equipment and maintenance records in TabWare or similar systems
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production and Engineering
- Support equipment upgrades, facility repairs, and contractor work
- Track documentation, audits, corrective actions, housekeeping, and 5S activities
- Support safety, compliance, pest control, and facility services
- Communicate across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Process teams
- Assist with continuous improvement and other plant support activities
Qualifications- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Manufacturing, maintenance, or process operations experience
- Basic problem-solving and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training, associate degree, or related experience preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems, contractors, manufacturing equipment, or facility systems preferred
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $70,662.00 - $97,160.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
