Employee Experience Advisor

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) or Hybrid (Chicago, Boston, or South Bend)
Travel: Up to 25%

Overview

Our Employee Experience Advisors partner with leadership teams across the country to strengthen workforce engagement by helping them listen to employees and meaningfully act on their feedback.

Advisors guide clients on survey strategy, results interpretation, and action planning for nurses, physicians, and non-clinical staff. In this highly consultative role, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across analytics, client management, and delivery to design integrated solutions that support each client's unique needs.

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of organizations ranging from community hospitals to large, multi-state health systems. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel for on-site client presentations.

  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Surface what matters most to our client's workforce-from key engagement drivers to early indicators of turnover risk.
  • 360° & 180° Assessments: Reveal strengths, development needs, and growth pathways through robust multi-rater feedback.
  • Employee Pulse Surveys: Capture fast, focused insights on emerging priorities with highly flexible pulse methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership teams, guiding their workforce listening strategy and opportunities to improve engagement and organizational outcomes.
  • Manage survey cycles with strong project management discipline-ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Present survey findings virtually and in-person to senior leadership teams, translating data into actionable insights and recommended next steps.
  • Train and support clients in the use of Press Ganey's online tools, dashboards, and resources.
  • Collaborate across Press Ganey (e.g., Patient Experience Advisors, Growth, Implementation, Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Leverage Press Ganey's national database to contextualize client performance and support goal-setting discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and facilitate connection points across organizations.
  • Continue developing expertise in employee engagement and the healthcare industry through ongoing learning, knowledge sharing, and peer collaboration.


Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, human resources, business, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, HR, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in employee engagement-either through managing listening strategies directly or advising/consulting organizations in this space.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with proven ability to establish credibility in executive settings.
  • Experience working in or advising within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience conducting data analysis.
