Our client seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Senior People Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Partner with senior leadership and managers to understand business needs and provide guidance on people-related matters
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to leadership on all HR-related issues
Lead and manage employee relations, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Manage and maintain HRIS system and employee records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to improve and enhance HR processes and programs continuously

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
