  • On the last day of #PGNCC17, one very thoughtful attendee decided he could do something right away to help patients at his organization. Fred Lesinski, Chief of Community Engagement & Veteran Experience at the Charleston VA Medical Center, began collecting extra and unwanted conference goods to donate to veterans. He ended up collecting 61 backpacks filled with water bottles and notebooks and became an extraordinary example of patient-centered care to all who attended the conference.

  • Press Ganey's annual community service day was a great success. Thank you to all of the 36 organizations across the nation who opened their doors to 500+ PG associates yesterday. In all, our associates contributed over 2,000 volunteer hours. It was a privilege and honor to give back to our respective communities.
