We are seeking an experienced *.NET Technical Lead* with strong hands-on experience in *.NET, C#, Angular, and Azure*. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, design scalable enterprise applications, mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality, secure, and high-performing solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using *.NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Angular*.

* Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.

* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

* Develop and integrate *RESTful APIs and microservices*.

* Lead frontend development using *Angular* and backend development using *.NET technologies*.

* Design and implement cloud-based solutions using *Microsoft Azure*.

* Participate in system architecture, technical design, and technology decision-making.

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

* Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.

* Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

* Support *CI/CD and DevOps* practices using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.

* Oversee application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and production support.

* Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.

## Required Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with *C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core / .NET 5+*.

* Strong experience with *Angular* and modern web application development.

* Strong experience with *Microsoft Azure* cloud services and architecture.

* Experience developing *Web APIs, REST APIs, and Microservices*.

* Strong experience with *SQL Server and relational databases*.

* Strong understanding of *design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture*.

* Experience with *Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines*.

* Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

* Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
