Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, React, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience leading development teams of 3+ members.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, API Management, DevOps pipelines, and containerization.
• Demonstrated ability in solution design, architecture, and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices patterns, and authentication frameworks.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers on project design, development, and delivery.
• Design and architect end-to-end web solutions spanning front-end, back-end, database, and API layers.
• Optimize application platforms, systems, and development processes for performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish peer review processes.
• Drive technical design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
• Own CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment automation, and release management.
• Implement and manage application monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
