Full Stack Lead

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule

Salary up to $190k

In this role you will take ownership over specific applications driving the full stack development function, d/riving design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise web applications and APIservices. You will be responsible for optimizing application platforms and development processes, guiding the team through hands-on code reviews, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers on project design, development, and delivery
  • Design and architect end-to-end web solutions spanning front-end, back-end, database, and API layers
  • Optimize application platforms, systems, and development processes for performance and efficiency
  • Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish peer review processes
  • Drive technical design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements
  • Own CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment automation, and release management
  • Implement and manage application monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization
  • Architect AI integration features and oversee adoption of GitHub Copilot and vibe coding practices
  • Design and manage Azure API Management policies, gateways, and API lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the SharePoint Lead, Power Platform Lead, and QA Lead for integrated delivery
  • Manage task assignments, sprint deliverables, and team capacity planning
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full application stack
  • Evaluate and adopt modern frameworks, libraries, and development tools
