Position Title: District Manager
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead and expand residential plumbing operations across the Indiana market. This leadership role will oversee daily operations, drive market growth, manage P&L performance, and build high-performing teams across multiple locations. The District Manager will establish operational processes, strengthen customer service standards, and ensure consistent service quality while supporting business expansion.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in residential home services, proven experience building and developing teams, and the operational expertise to drive profitability, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Salary Range: $145,000 - $190,000 / annually, DOE
Responsibilities - Oversee daily plumbing service operations across the Indianapolis and Muncie markets
- Lead market expansion efforts, including building and developing the Indianapolis team
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain technicians and field managers to support business growth
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and performance standards across locations
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability, productivity, and profitability
- Conduct field visits to evaluate technician performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Address customer concerns and ensure consistent delivery of professional, high-quality service
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, expand service offerings, and increase market share
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in residential home services, field services, or a related operational leadership environment
- Direct experience in the home services industry required, preferably residential plumbing or electrical services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven leadership experience managing operations, developing teams, and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, financial performance, and operational processes
- Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing teams
- Ability to establish KPIs, implement operational improvements, and hold teams accountable
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with business management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and adaptable leadership style
- Ability to oversee multiple locations and territories preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis five days per week, with regular field visits
