Overview:

The District Sales Manager - Western Region Dealer Channel leads a team of Partner Managers and drives profitable growth across Xerox dealers and agents throughout the Western United States. This strategic leadership role is accountable for revenue, market share, partner performance, and expense objectives across hardware, supplies, software, solutions, and services. The role develops regional go-to-market strategies, strengthens executive partner relationships, and identifies opportunities to expand Xerox's presence across existing and prospective partner organizations.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Partner Managers through recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and professional development.
  • Own regional revenue and expense objectives while developing and executing strategies that expand Xerox's market share and profitable channel coverage.
  • Build executive-level partner relationships and establish joint business plans, growth objectives, performance metrics, pipeline targets, and operating cadences.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, funnel management, deal progression, account planning, opportunity reviews, and timely identification of business risks.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective partners while coordinating cross-functional resources to strengthen partner readiness and execution.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive channel sales experience, preferably within imaging, office technology, print, managed print services, or an adjacent solutions environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales professionals across a broad geography, including coaching, accountability, talent development, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of dealer and agent business models, channel strategy, financial management, forecasting, pricing, partner profitability, and joint go-to-market planning.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives, lead complex selling and proposal processes, communicate effectively, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel regularly throughout the Western United States.
