Director, People & Culture, Workday Transformation Product Manager The Director, People & Culture, Workday Transformation Product Manager will lead the modernization of our global People & Culture Workday experience, with accountability for aligning process design, governance, adoption and continuous improvement of the Workday platform across the P&C organization.
This role serves as the Workday Product Manager for the Global P&C organization, with a focused mandate to redesign business processes across the Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle and Benefits & Compensation verticals in partnership with the relevant P&C functional leaders and Technology partners.
The Director will help define business requirements, document future-state processes, coordinate user testing and adoption readiness, and ensure progress against the product roadmap. The role will establish and manage centralized P&C governance for Workday process enhancements and partner closely with Technology, which owns platform configuration and technical delivery, to ensure Workday supports scalable, intuitive and globally consistent P&C processes.
What You'll Be Doing:Workday Product Management- Serve as the Product Manager for Workday, accountable for ensuring progress against execution of the P&C Workday innovation roadmap, partnering with the P&C Leadership team to ensure the transformation approach provides the greatest impact to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Technology (TID), the platform owner, to drive the transformation of our Workday technology tool in line with new global processes, ensuring stability, scalability, and user adoption.
- Translate operational and business needs from P&C COEs and P&C Business Partners into clear business requirements, process maps, acceptance criteria and digital workflows, factoring in integration requirements.
- Partner closely with the Finance team to develop business requirements and workflows to support end-to-end data accuracy, reporting integrity and seamless integrations to payroll and other critical platforms.
- Establish and manage Workday platform governance, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, approval and decision forums for P&C enhancement requests.
- Provide business requirements for integrations and automations.
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration- Partner with Technology (TID) to synchronize system development with process transformation while taking advantage of Workday platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with P&C COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards) to ensure process alignment and system enablement.
- Work closely with P&C Business Partners to ensure that operational changes meet real-world needs in both corporate and property settings.
- Facilitate ongoing alignment across stakeholders through governance forums and clear decision-making mechanisms.
- Partner with relevant subject matter experts to develop training, change management and adoption plans that support successful execution and sustained use of new processes.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in P&C Operations within global organizations.
- Prior hands-on experience launching or significantly enhancing an HR operations model within a P&C environment.
- Extensive, hands-on Workday experience as Product Manager across multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Talent, Compensation & Benefits).
- Hands-on experience with complex Workday configuration and integration execution.
- Hands-on experience designing a human capital reporting and analytics capability leveraging Workday's functionality.
- Proven success in driving Workday transformation at significant scale aligned with process redesign and change adoption.
- Experience operating across corporate and field environments in complex, multi-region structures (hospitality, retail, or service industries preferred).
- Demonstrable experience balancing global P&C operational best practices with regional requirements.
- Strong track record of partnership with Technology teams (platform owners), COEs, P&C Business Partners and Finance teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
- Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to lead complex technology-enabled transformation work through strong planning, execution and stakeholder engagement. Effectively manages change by influencing adoption, minimizing disruption and ensuring successful embedment.

- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 CAD + additional rewards as part of the total compensation package.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
