Role Overview
d-Matrix is hiring a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth for our inference platform as Corsair moves into volume production. You'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts across hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI labs, and AI-native enterprises. You'll run the full sales cycle, from first technical engagement and proof-of-concept through multi-rack deployment commitments. You'll sell Corsair accelerators, JetStream networking, the Aviator software stack, and SquadRack rack-scale systems. You'll work closely with product, solutions engineers, operations, and ecosystem partners. You'll also help build the playbooks, processes, and team as our commercial organization scales.
What You Will Do
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, maintaining account plans, call cadences, and clear next steps on every active opportunity.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for Corsair, JetStream, Aviator, and SquadRack. Engage infrastructure, platform, procurement, and executive stakeholders to qualify opportunities and build business cases.
Coordinate benchmarking, evaluations, and proof-of-concept deployments with solutions engineers, and convert them into production commitments.
Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing, and RFI/RFP responses with Finance and Product. Negotiate commercial terms, including volume pricing, supply allocation, delivery schedules, and support agreements.
Run weekly pipeline reviews and the quarterly forecast. Report bookings, revenue, deal health, and win/loss results to company leadership.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align customer demand with production ramp and allocation. Work with ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market and co-selling.

What You Will Bring

Track record of closing multi-million-dollar hardware and/or platform deals with long, technically complex sales cycles.
Established relationships with infrastructure and procurement decision-makers.
Technical fluency in AI infrastructure, including inference workloads, accelerator architectures, and data center power, cooling, and rack-level considerations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence, with the ability to influence across customer and internal organizations.
Experience with CRM-driven pipeline management and disciplined forecasting.
