Role Scope- Own the datacenter financial forecast: capex, opex, and cash across every site and scenario the company weighs.
- Build the forecasting engine, drivers, models, and systems, that turns build plans into financial truth.
- Run the scenario analysis leadership uses to sequence sites, deals, and capital raises.
- Partner with delivery, development, and accounting so the forecast reflects the field, not the plan of record.

- You've led financial forecasting for capital-intensive infrastructure: data centers, energy, telecom, or real assets.
- You've built driver-based capex models that boards made decisions on.
- Your forecasts get scored against actuals, and the gap shrinks every quarter.
- You go get the operational truth behind a number instead of accepting the submission.
- You've built and led a small high-output team.
- Bonus: Data center cost structures. Project finance interfaces. Pigment or Anaplan. Monte Carlo methods.
