This is a hybrid role with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our Washington, DC office. We prioritize being together to promote connection and belonging, creativity and innovation, as well as speed, agility, and productivity to accelerate getting work done.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex policy topics into accessible, persuasive narratives for policymakers, advocacy organizations, community groups, trade associations, think tanks, and media.
  • Identify opportunities, venues, and creative communications tactics to meet Intuit's objectives.
  • Strengthen message discipline, ensuring alignment across Public Affairs, Government Affairs, Legal, and functional partners.

  • Experience working on political campaigns or in capitals - in the US or internationally - is preferred.
  • Proven track record of converting public affairs initiatives into concrete business results - measurable shifts in policymaker perception, coalition and grassroots scale, and campaign wins that created the conditions for legislative or regulatory outcomes.
  • Experience managing external agencies and significant campaign budgets, with accountability for results.
  • Familiarity with PAC operations and the compliance environment governing corporate political activity, or demonstrated ability to lead a regulated political program with the highest standards of integrity.
