This position will play a central role in shaping the US brand strategy and launch execution for milvexian. This individual will drive the annual brand planning process, own launch readiness and program management across indications, and lead the team's budget and operating rhythm in partnership with the VP of US milvexian. This position will support the VP of US milvexian and report to the Executive Director of Strategy and Operations for CV and Immunology.

Primary Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy and Planning
- Support the US milvexian brand plan and strategic imperatives process (2027 SIs), including the annual refresh and cross-functional input
- Partner with the VP of US milvexian to shape the US team vision, strategic priorities, and launch narrative
- Coordinate launch readiness planning across AF and SSP, including UBP/launch plan build, with refinements post topline, partnering across the matrix, with J&J and agency partners
- Support ongoing refinement of the go-to-market customer model (KAM, fHEOR, Field Sales, MSL, Patient Services) now that the structure is set
- Launch Excellence and Program Management
- Own the Launch Excellence roadmap and dashboard, including the tracker, project briefs, PM cadence, and meeting minutes
- Develop agendas and content for senior leadership reviews
- Own the US matrix budget and OpEx management in partnership with Finance
- Support annual functional planning and budget consolidation
- Build budget review decks vs. updated plan reconciliations
- Lead, organize, and track the US matrix team meetings and culture, including the weekly Leadership Team and monthly Core Team
- Build Monthly Business Review (MBR) content for the VP of US milvexian and US leadership
- Plan and run offsites and team events
- Partner with J&J on a coordinated Alliance operating rhythm, inclusive of launch preparation planning
- Ensure US Governance deliverables are delivered on time in partnership with J&J and the broader team.
Qualifications and Experience:- BA/BS with MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 6-8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or other relevant industry.
- Depth of marketing experience in US or other markets with a track record of performance
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead a large cross-functional matrix team including Alliance partners through informal authority and collaborative partnership
- Launch experience and CV experience preferred but not required

Compensation Overview:Princeton - NJ - US: $188,650 - $228,598
The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
