Responsibilities

Responsibilities - Work with large and complex datasets to solve challenging business problems using a range of analytical methods. - Design, analyze, and interpret projects end-to-end, from data requirement gathering and data processing to modeling and developing impactful business recommendations. - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities that leverage advanced analytical and modeling techniques. - Design, execute, and interpret experiments, including A/B testing, to generate actionable insights. - Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to team leadership and influence strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a PhD degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Analytics. - Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, or R. - Experience with data analysis using a scripting language such as Python, R, or MATLAB. Preferred Qualifications - Internship or project experience in data science. - Research experience in data science. - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and solve problems creatively. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to translate analytical insights into business impact. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and globally distributed team environment.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95000 - $216000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
