You know design tools, understand verification flows, and have already developed an instinct for what engineers need. You are excited to take that foundation and apply it to shaping how the world's leading chip teams adopt and get value from AI. You'll work alongside our Business Development, Applications Engineering, and R&D teams to make sure every account succeeds and use your findings to shape our product roadmap.

  • Work closely with Account managers to develop customer success plans and strategic account growth plans.
  • Drive adoption and expansion by understanding each customer's design and verification workflow and identifying where ChipAgents can have the highest impact.
  • Triage and prioritize customer technical issues, working directly with R&D to surface bugs, deliver fixes, and close feedback loops quickly.
  • Run regular Technical Review Meeting (TRM) and Management Review Meeting (MRM) with engineering leads and management to align on objectives, roadmap, and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, bringing field learnings back to product, research, and engineering to inform the roadmap.
Qualifications
  • 3-10 years of experience in EDA, semiconductor design, or a customer-facing technical role at an EDA or chip company.
  • Hands-on background in RTL design, simulation, or verification. You understand the chip development flow and can speak credibly with design and DV engineers.
  • Experience in an applications engineering, field applications, or technical account management role.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with a high ownership mentality
  • Demonstrated growth trajectory in previous roles.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design or verification tools.
  • Experience working at or supporting early-stage customers at a startup or high-growth company.
  • Exposure to enterprise software adoption, professional services, or customer enablement programs.

What We Offer
  • $150K/yr - $350K/yr + incentive bonus + equity. We are open to discuss above-scale compensation with exceptional candidates on a case-by-case basis.
