What we're building:

We are maturing our Network Security Services Cryptography & Security Logging team who work closely with Global and Canadian Information Security Offices and other Infrastructure and Application Technology teams to delivery security services that defend global enterprise, including business units, customers, and shareholders from external and internal security threats. Our team consists of highly motivated, innovative, and tech-savvy individuals that want to make a difference and drive value for our company and customers.

What you'll do:

The Lead Specialist is responsible for assessing, designing and supporting offered technology services. Providing operational excellence of existing security technologies and services. They will require a mindset focused on business value and continuous service improvement. See below for additional information re: expectations / responsibilities:

Who you are:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise security, infrastructure, or cryptographic services.
  • Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Authorities (CA's), Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), Encryption Key Management (including BYOK), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Secure Key Vault technologies, SSH and PGP key management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments across Windows, Linux, or AIX.
  • Knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and security architecture principles.
  • Experience with SIEM and enterprise logging solutions such as Splunk, CRIBL
  • Experience with email phishing services (Proofpoint, O365, KnowBe4, etc).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


What really sets you apart:
  • Experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) concepts, standards, and migration strategies.
  • Knowledge of NIST cryptographic standards and modern encryption frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-native security services and key management solutions.
  • Experience with implementing a CBOM and HSM.
  • Scripting and automation expertise using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Security+, GSEC, or related credentials.


The base salary for this position is between $120,000- $170,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
