Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Payments testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing project requirements, estimating testing efforts, and managing testing resources effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of our projects through meticulous planning and execution of testing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project requirements to understand the testing effort needed.
Estimate and secure management support for time, resources, and budget for testing activities.
Organize and lead the testing kick-off meeting.
Define the testing strategy and build a skilled testing team.
Identify training requirements and communicate them to the Project Manager.
Develop comprehensive test plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and participant roles.
Arrange necessary hardware and software for the test setup.
