About the job:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, risk profile, and business requirements, through interviews and workshops
- Document requirements, assess, optimize, and implement systems to ensure process improvements and best practices are followed
- Undertake the implementation of reinsurance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing insurance operations
- Collaborate with the Client's internal teams, including operations, accounting, finance, and IT/ Data, to deliver comprehensive reinsurance solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape

The salary range in Toronto for this role is $70,000 - $130,000
