Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Connecticut
  • Conduct and review title examinations and title commitments
  • Prepare and review title opinions and related closing documents
  • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
  • Advise clients regarding title issues, curative matters, and Connecticut Real Estate requirements
  • Review and prepare deed, settlement statements, closing documents, and other transaction related documents
  • Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, real estate agents, title professionals, and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve title and transaction issues efficiently
  • Provide knowledgeable and responsive legal guidance throughout the closing process
  • Maintain accurate and timely transaction documentation
  • Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and client expectations
  • Serve as Connecticut counsel for real estate and conveyancing matters as needed

Schedule
Flexible schedule based on transaction volume, client needs, and closing requirements. Attorneys should be available to communicate with clients and transaction partners during normal business hours and as needed to support scheduled closings.Compensation
  • $90,000- $125,000 upon experience & bonus opportunities
