Full Job Description
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
  • Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinicians based on licensure requirements.
  • Support clinicians with clinical concerns, complex cases, treatment planning, documentation, and client care.
  • Review clinician charts and documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Monitor caseloads, productivity, attendance, scheduling, and discharge practices.
  • Develop and support clinician schedules while addressing scheduling needs and barriers.
  • Review clinical and productivity reports regularly and provide constructive feedback and support.
  • Address concerns with staff and clients professionally and promptly.
Client Care & Clinical Practice
  • Provide evidence-based, client-centered therapeutic services.
  • Support clients in navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, diagnoses, goals, objectives, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Coordinate care with families, case managers, schools, medical providers, employers, and other members of the client's support team as appropriate.
  • Provide timely, professional communication to clients and community partners.
  • Ensure clients receive appropriate communication regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and changes in care.
Community Outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources.
  • Represent Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health at community events and outreach opportunities.
  • Participate in community education and initiatives that increase awareness of mental health services and available resources.
Documentation, Compliance & Productivity
  • Complete all clinical documentation within required timeframes and ensure documentation is current before planned time away.
  • Follow Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health policies, state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and billing documentation.
  • Maintain an active caseload with at least 10 billable hours per week.
  • Report changes in licensure or professional status to leadership and HR promptly.
Professional Development
  • Support staff development through individual coaching, training, and group learning opportunities.
  • Complete required organizational and licensure-related training.
  • Stay current with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative, supportive clinical culture.


Requirements

- Master's Degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related ?elds from an accredited college or university.

- Must have active independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPAT).

- Must have two years post-independent licensure experience.

- One year supervisory experience preferred.

- Must obtain and maintain supervisory designation from NM RLD for both Counseling and Social Work Boards.

- Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

- Required experience with children, adolescents, teens and/or adults.

- E?ective written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.

- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

- Pro?cient in the use of typical o?ce technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.

- Must be able to be credentialled and contracted with insurance panels for commercial and Medicaid plans.

- Must pass a CYFD background check.

$87,000 - 102,000 DOE
