Clinical Director (BCBA) - Hope Therapy Center (IBHS Clinic) WHO YOU ARE The Hope Learning Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director of the Hope Therapy Center. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinic-based ABA services while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-quality care. The Clinical Director partners closely with the Executive Team and Administrative Director to ensure strong clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This position focuses on clinical oversight, staff development, and systems leadership. We are looking for a confident, relationship-driven, hands on leader who can develop clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable clinic growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO Clinical Leadership & Oversight • Provide clinical oversight of ABA programming to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices • Oversee implementation of skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) and functional behavior assessments • Ensure assessments, treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans meet ethical, professional, and regulatory standards • Monitor clinical performance metrics and ensure client progress aligns with program goals • Support BCBAs and clinical staff in clinical decision-making and case conceptualization • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight • Oversee compliance with IBHS regulations, BACB ethical guidelines, and all state licensing requirements • Ensure clinical documentation and service delivery align with payer, professional, and regulatory standards • Maintain audit readiness and address compliance concerns proactively Operational Leadership • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff workflows in partnership with the Administrative Director • Utilize and monitor the Electronic Medical Records system (Central Reach experience preferred) • Collaborate with the Billing Coordinator to ensure clinical alignment with insurance requirements • Support referral and intake processes to ensure appropriate service placement and staffing Team Development • Directly supervise clinical staff and hold leaders accountable for performance outcomes • Coach, mentor, and develop BCBAs and supervisory staff • Plan and facilitate ongoing clinical training and professional development • Support parent training initiatives by guiding clinical staff and ensuring consistency in delivery Strategic Collaboration • Partner with the Executive Team to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and operational efficiency • Strengthen clinic culture by promoting collaboration between clinical, administrative, and executive teams WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Required Qualifications • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification AND Active Behavior Specialist License • Completion of 8-Hour Supervision Course • Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a clinic-based ABA setting • Experience overseeing IBHS compliance and regulatory standards • Strong knowledge of BACB ethics and supervision requirements • Experience with an Electronic Medical Records system (Central Reach preferred) • Demonstrated success developing clinical teams and improving operational systems Clearances & Training Required • Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance • Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance • Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education • Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate • Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children • State License of Practice and/or Certification • CPR/First Aid • TB/Physical WHAT WE OFFER • Consistent, Work-Life Friendly Schedule - Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm - no weekends or late nights • Competitive Pay Rate • Health Insurance - With employer contribution • Dental and Vision Insurance - 100% by employer paid • Paid Time Off • Company-sponsored 401(k) • Professional Development Opportunities • Discount Market
