TTL is seeking a Civil Engineering Regional Leader to guide and expand our Dallas team while strengthening client relationships across Texas. What You'll Do- Lead and grow the Dallas civil engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Build and strengthen client relationships across Texas, serving as a trusted advisor
- Drive business development, including pursuits, proposals, and strategic positioning
- Oversee project delivery across multi-discipline teams (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
- Provide technical leadership in civil design, including grading, utilities, and site development
- Collaborate across TTL offices and coordinate with subconsultants and partners
- Shape the future of TTL's civil services in the region
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Eight to 15 years of progressive experience in land development and/or civil site design
- Licensed professional engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Strong background in project delivery and business development
